1. Every truck leased through the service of Synergee Resources Ent. has a verified Calibration Chart
2. Every truck leased through the service of Synergee Resources Ent. must meet NUPENG policies and procedures.
3. Every truck leased through the service of Synergee Resources Ent. must be registered with NUPENG.
4. The leasee is mandated to have a representative (escort) to supervise and observe the loading, dispatch and distribution of the products.
5. It is mandatory that the Representative (escort) to ensure the Truck is properly sealed before being dispatched from the Tank Farm.
6. Synergee Resources Ent. is not responsible/liable in any contingency that may result to shortage or loss of Product.
